Terms of Sale

Czarina Beauty Homes is a skincare brand operating from Imo State and Lagos, Nigeria. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

• You need an account to place an order, and you must verify your email address.
• You must be old enough to enter into a contract of sale under Nigerian law.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You can sign out of all sessions from your account at any time.
• Information you give us must be accurate — especially the recipient name, phone number and delivery address, which are what we deliver against.

• Each listing shows the product name, the range it belongs to, its size or variant, the ingredients and directions supplied for that formulation, and the images supplied for it.
• Products are registered with NAFDAC where registration applies to that product. Registration is shown on the listing where it applies.
• Every batch we receive is recorded with its batch or lot number and its expiry or best-before date. We do not sell stock past its recorded expiry date.
• We publish a product only when it has a confirmed price, an image, its product information and stock recorded in the inventory ledger.
• Product information is supplied by the manufacturer and is provided for general guidance. It is not medical advice and it is not a diagnosis.

• Our products are cosmetic formulations. They are not medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• We do not sell or support skin-bleaching products, and none of our products are formulated to suppress melanin.
• Skin responds differently from person to person. Where a product may increase sensitivity to sunlight, this is stated on the listing.
• Stop using a product and seek medical advice if you experience persistent irritation, burning, swelling or any reaction that concerns you.

• All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira and include the product price only. Delivery is charged separately, based on the destination state and the physical size class of the items in your cart.
• Payment is collected by Paystack on their secure page. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• Your order is only accepted once payment is verified and the order moves to "Payment confirmed". An order awaiting payment can expire, and any stock held for it is released.
• If an obvious pricing or availability error occurs before dispatch, we may cancel that part of the order and refund you in full.

• Delivery pricing is calculated by the platform from the destination state, any local government area override, and the size or handling characteristics of the items in your cart.
• Delivery is made to the recipient and address you provide. Someone must be able to receive the parcel.
• Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees. Interstate delivery depends on third-party transport operators.
• If a delivery fails and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.

You can cancel an order from your order page while it has not been dispatched, and any reserved stock is released. Once an order is dispatched, use the returns process instead.

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy, which also explains the hygiene limits that apply to opened cosmetic products. If a product reaches you damaged, faulty, expired or different from what you ordered, tell us and we will put it right.

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered, describing them accurately, and delivering them to the address you gave us. To the extent permitted by law our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, plus any delivery charge. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version, and the version that applied when you ordered governs that order. Questions about an order should go through customer support, or by post to the head office address above.
